pattern. The result of hierarchical regression, indicated that product characteristic have positive

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of situational factors, namely buying intention;
assortment; favorite stores; atmosphere; convenience; tour; quality and price; companion; travel time; staying
time; frequency: number of stores visited; and satisfaction; that significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions
of food products at the Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya shopping centre. This study uses primary data collected from questionnaires distributed to the respondents who are visitors of Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The sample consists of 150 respondents. The technique used in this study is logistic regression that is used to test the influence of
situational factors on purchase decisions of food products. The results of this study indicate that six (6) factors
from thirteen (13) existing situational factors affect consumers in purchasing decision of food products.

As Indonesia's economy grows rapidly, the competition among brands becomes very tight. A strategy to create brand loyalty is considered to be more effective than to attract new potential
customers. This study aims to analyze and provide evidence on the influence of brand trust, brand affect and brand quality to brand loyalty in the case of Dove brand in Surabaya. The number of respondents for this study was 150 people using non-probability sampling technique.
Data analysis technique used in this study is the simple regression analysis. The results of this study suggest that brand trust, brand affect, and brand quality influence brand loyalty.

This paper discusses a critical review of an article written by Judge et al. (2007) entitled "Self-Efficacy and Work Related Performance: The Integral Role Of Individual Differences."
The objective of the study was to examine the contribution of self-efficacy on work performance which is controlled by personality specifically The Big Five Traits, intelligence or general
mental ability, and the experience of doing work or tasks. The study is interesting to review because it was a meta-analysis study that focused on conceptual relationship amongst self efficacy, individual difference, and work-related performance, and the possibility of relationship amongst the existing variables to examine the joint influence in work performance.
There are few studies on the joint influence amongst the variables in the literature of industrial psychology and organization. Therefore this study is expected to explain the
contribution of self-efficacy, general mental ability, and personality specifically the Big Five Traits, and experience to estimate work related performance.

ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA), which took effect since January 1, 2010 cannot directly stimulate corporate creativity and productivity. Efforts can be made related to the human resource
conditions in Indonesia to increase the capacity and capability of the workforce. This can be achieved through the company's ability to manage knowledge (Knowledge Management) owned by individuals and make it as a corporate culture. Knowledge Management which has been embedded in the corporate culture is a good quality solution for organizations (companies) to compete in the market.

Ethics is a branch of philosophy relating to the "goodness (rightness)" or morality (ethics) of human behavior in
this sense, ethics is defined as rules that cannot be breached from behavior accepted by society as good or bad.
While the determination of good and bad is a problem, this is always changing. Business ethics are the standard
values that guide or serve as a reference for managers and employees in decision-making in order to operate
business ethically. Once, the paradigm of ethics and business were two different worlds until such time that ethics
and business are intimately related as the synergy between ethics and profit. Precisely in this era of intense competition, good corporate reputation based on business ethics is a competitive advantage that will be difficult to imitate. Business ethics in business practices becomes very crucial and enjoins the company to meet it. Consistently applying business ethics, the organization creates good conditions toward a healthy organization. Finally, the
application of business ethics in the form of good corporate governance can create a business climate that is
efficient and transparent. Business can lake place smoothly when ethics is taken as a guide to business activities.

The government's success in managing land and forest resources can contribute significantly to economic growth
and social welfare. These efforts cannot be separated from the performance of Forestry Extension Field in educating
the public about the importance of preserving the environment through forest and land rehabilitation. The fact is that in Sampang District, vast wasteland increase year-over-year This indicates that what has been done by a qualified instructor in the Forestry Extension Field in Sampang District in terms of performance is not optimal.
Observations and interviews were conducted which imply that the performance is not optimal due to the fact that
the Forestry Extension Field has field personnel who are not competent, lacks training and work experience in
performing tasks related to the management of the forestry sector Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze
the effect of training and work experience to the competencies of field personnel that impact on the performance
of Forestry Extension Field. Analysis of the data in that study used descriptive analysis, path analysis model (Path
Analysis) and testing hypotheses by using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS).
The research concludes that there is a significant influence of work experience to competence and competence to
performance of Forestry Extension Field and non-significant influence of training to competence, and training and
work experience to the performance of Forestry Extension Field.
