GAMBARAN HUBUNGAN ROMANTIS PADA WANITA YANG MELAKUKAN ABORSI ATAS PERMINTAAN PASANGAN

Abstract


Pada suatu hubungan romantis terdapat unsur-unsur keintiman fisik, hal tersebut yang membedakan hubungan romantis dengan hubungan teman dekat. Pada masa emerging adult kebanyakan individu mulai aktif secara seksual meskipun belum menikah. Adanya dorongan tersebut yang membuat timbulnya perilaku seks pranikah yang memiliki beberapa resiko, salah satunya kehamilan diluar pernikahan. Pilihan dari kejadian kehamilan diluar pernikahan adalah menikah atau melakukan aborsi. Di Indonesia sendiri fenomena aborsi masih terjadi di setiap tahunnya. Salah satu dampak aborsi adalah adanya tekanan emosional, hal tersebut dapat juga mempengaruhi kestabilan hubungan romantis suatu pasangan. Penelitian ini mencari tahu gambaran hubungan romantis pada wanita yang pernah melakukan aborsi atas permintaan pasangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif model single case study dengan teknik analisis data inductive thematic analysis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita yang pernah melakukan aborsi minimal dua kali atas permintaan pasangan dan masih mempertahankan hubungan romantis dengan pasangannya. Subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa gambaran hubungan romantis wanita yang pernah melakukan aborsi saat ini rumit karena tidak memiliki tujuan untuk masa depannya. Alasan subjek tetap mempertahankan hubungannya adalah karena adanya ketertarikan terhadap pasangan dan keintiman yang memuaskan.
