Ruang lingkup keilmuan Jurnal Teknologi Pangan dan Gizi (Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition) adalah ilmu pangan, teknologi pangan dan gizi, termasuk di dalamnya adalah kimia pangan, biokimia, keteknikan dan rekayasa pangan, mikrobiologi, keamanan pangan, sifat sensoris pangan dan kualitas pangan, pengembangan produk pangan, gizi dan kesehatan, pagan fungsional dan kesehatan, serta bidang-bidang ilmu terkait.
